We are excited to announce that in 2018 we are coming alongside Jack’s Basket, a nonprofit organization, to assist with their mission to celebrate babies born with Down syndrome!
As real estate agents, we have a platform to help others not only with their real estate needs but also to promote the awareness and acceptance of Down syndrome in the communities we serve. Jack’s Basket is an organization that means a lot to us. Their mission is ours – to ensure that every expectant or new parent of a child with Down syndrome is provided the resources, support, and community they need to have the strength and confidence to embrace their child’s diagnosis. Jack’s Basket is also committed to educating medical providers on how best to deliver an unbiased diagnosis of Down syndrome with the hope that then the birth will be celebrated and not mourned, as often is the case.
In 2018, Joe Buck Homes will make a donation to Jack’s Basket with every house sale or purchase. We have a goal of donating $10,000! With your help, we can’t wait to bring awareness to our community and support this amazing organization.
